About CA Final Classes

The tag of ‘Chartered Accountant’ or ‘CA’ has always brought prestige to its owner. CAs are vital to the economy of any nation and the career never fails to offer the best prospects. The need for a professional body for Chartered Accountants was realised in India even before the Constitution came into force. Thus the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was created in the year 1949. The body is entrusted with the regulation, recruitment and all other issues pertaining to the profession of Chartered Accountancy in India.

CAs occupy pivotal positions in all major institutions. They are the holders of the top-level jobs in the domains of finance and tax. Their activities include accounting, auditing, tax management, consultancy etc. CAs inevitably find a place in the higher echelons of all large companies – public or private or – as well as government departments. Every organisation need their service.

The profession calls for top-notch skills and academic acumen. CAs need to have the vital ability to put their knowledge into application. They have to be extremely industrious, analytical, and efficient at handling work pressure. Apart from all this, social skills and emotional intelligence are also needed as a great part of their work would require dealing with people from diverse walks of life.

The ICAI follows an elaborate procedure for admitting new candidates into the profession. This recruitment process is one of the toughest. It involves a three-stage process, shortened to two for those with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce(along with certain other conditions). The CA Final is the final stage of the recruitment process. The candidates would be required to clear 8 papers spread across 2 groups. Each year only around 20 – 25% of the total candidates who appear for this stage pass it.

As such a clear strategy and guidance become all the more important. Hard work is required, but so is smart work. The CA Finals coaching programme provided by our institution does precisely this and ensures that you get to have the tag of CA along with your name.
